Circuit training is typically a series of high-intensity exercises that are performed for a specified amount of time interspersed with short periods of rest. This class focuses on full-body strength building and muscle endurance, with strong emphasis on core strength and cardio fitness, and we’re one of the health club who offers it! Each circuit fitness class is different from the last and is designed for all levels, allowing flexibility for individuals’ pace and desired intensity of each movement. Circuits may utilize every piece of equipment in the room, or simply just your body weight.
